De Los Rios Consulting Services was founded by Fernando De los Rios, a Systems Engineer with over 27 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, cloud computing, DevOps, and site reliability engineering.
Fernando has led projects for major organizations across Latin America, North America, and globally — from Colombia's Stock Exchange and Ecopetrol to international tech companies like BairesDev, Wizeline, and Halliburton.
